As a key member of our Proposal Team, the Proposal Manager will work closely with the Director, Capture and Proposal and other team members, to ensure that Epoch proposals provide value, meet compliance, and communicate the excellence and value that Epoch continually delivers. The candidate will ensure compliance, responsiveness, keeping the proposal strategy aligned with the capture strategy and managing the proposal development process and timelines. Epoch utilizes Shipley Proposal and Business Development processes.
